Playing Responsibly at Reelraven
Why this page matters to us
Gambling should feel like entertainment, not a way to earn money or escape stress. We built Reelraven to be fun, and fun has limits.
We are operated by Green Champions Leader S.R.L. and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board under licence ALSI-202502014-FI1. Part of holding that licence is a duty of care to every account holder. We take it seriously.
Everything below explains the controls you can switch on, the signs worth watching for, and where to turn if play stops feeling good. Read it before it feels urgent.
You must be 19 or older
Reelraven accepts players aged 19 and over only. Where you live may set a higher minimum age — if so, that higher age applies to you.
We verify identity as part of our checks, and underage accounts are closed with funds returned where required. Keep your login private. If a minor shares your device, use parental filtering software to block gambling sites.
Where Canadians can get help
If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you care about, free and confidential help is available in Canada.
ConnexOntario offers 24/7 support by phone: call 1-866-531-2600. You can also find provincial services through the Responsible Gambling Council at responsiblegambling.org.
These services are independent of us and free to use. Reaching out early makes a difference.
Warning signs to watch for
Problem gambling rarely announces itself. It creeps. Ask yourself whether any of these sound familiar:
- You chase losses, betting more to win back what is gone.
- You gamble with money meant for rent, food or bills.
- You hide how much you play from people close to you.
- You feel restless or irritable when you try to cut back.
- Gambling eats into sleep, work or relationships.
One honest yes is worth paying attention to. Several together is a clear reason to pause and reach out.
The tools we give you
Control works best when it is set in advance, before a session heats up. From your account settings you can arrange the following:
- Deposit limits — cap how much you add per day, week or month.
- Loss limits — set a ceiling on net losses over a chosen period.
- Session limits — decide how long a single sitting can run.
- Reality checks — receive a timed reminder showing how long you have played.
- Cooling-off — pause your account for a short break, from a day up to several weeks.
- Self-exclusion — lock yourself out for a longer defined period when you need real distance.
Need help applying any of these? Our team can set them for you through live chat or email. Tighter limits take effect quickly; loosening them involves a deliberate delay.
A quick self-check
Take thirty seconds. Have you spent more than you planned this month? Do you think about the next session during work or family time? Have you borrowed money to keep playing? Does a loss ruin your whole day?
If you answered yes to more than one, slow down. Set a deposit limit, take a cooling-off break, or speak with one of the support services below. There is no shame in using the brakes we built.
